NPI Job Role guideline

• Technology Product transfer ownership.
• Defines and executes the
      a. process mapping of each steps involved in the product and service.
      b. Documentation need for covers entire product life cycle.
         (Design, IP, qualification, assembly, testing, maintenance level documents)
          Documenting each of the process steps.
          – acquire/check /modify /create– documentation based on requirement
      c. Confirms the completeness of all documents and process mapping.
              Hands on to
                    check out the process steps.
                    Identifying the BOM materials
       d. Creates SOPs & documented procedures where needed.
• Defines the roadmap, time line &daily activity plan
       tracks and reports the
             progress,
             issues – and ways to overcome
• Communicates and interacts with the team to resolve
             Escalates the issue requiring management help

Candidate Requirement

• 3 years - Product Engineering* experience is needed
• Participated in Product transfer of minimum of one product*.
• Demonstrate Process mapping
• Proficiency in English & Chinese both written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of documentation control in manufacturing/assembling .
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  (*experience in PCs/ Servers/test equipment will be added advantage)
